ABOUT
Incorporated in 9th.September 2013 under Companies Commission of Malaysia, Paka Petroleum Sdn Bhd (PPSB) initially was involved in Oil & Gas industrial as Engineering Services Contractor and by 2016 in oil product trading businesses.
Towards 2018 , the Board Directors has decided to diversify into Waste Management industry. Hence in 12th June 2019 , PPSB has secured approval from MALAYSIA Department of Environment ( DOE) for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to plan and built a Schedule Waste Off Site Recovery Facility in Telok Kalong Industrial Area Kemaman Terengganu Darul Iman with a total of 19 Schedule Waste Code.
PPSB master plan is to execute the EIA approval in two phases with PHASE 1 comprising 3 Schedule Waste code. By 17th October 2019 , PPSB has secured “Kebenaran Bertulis Seksyen 19 Akta Kualiti Alam” to built the facility for the Phase 1. Subsequently, PPSB finally has obtained DOE LICENSE on 22nd Dec 2019. The Phase 2 with a remaining of 16 code to be executed in 2021.
The said Off Site Recovery Facility is on PPSB own land in area of 4.9 acres with 1 unit office building , 3 unit open sided warehouse, 1 unit Water Treatment Plant and 6 Storage tank with capacity of 6,000 MT. The Phase 1 operation is capable of processing 11,000 MT per month schedule waste as per EIA approval and begin in January 2020.
PPSB current target market area will be in Kerteh and Sg Udang as for long term plan, PPSB is intended to penetrate Pengerang market.
